We will not, in any way, shape, or form, knowingly store sensitive data, identifying data, unnecessary data, or data which is not used in our bot's features.
The data that we intentionally collect are as follows:
> Channel IDs
> Guild IDs
> Message IDs
> User IDs
> Discord Webhooks (singular)
> Channel name
> Guild name
> Usernames
> Other General information, such as the current number, doublecount status, highest scores, etc.
2. Data Usage
The collected data will only be used to provide the bot's features. The way its used is as follows:
IDs are used to link data together
Discord Webhooks are limited to one per server and is used for the bot to send users' counts.
Names are stored for leaderboards, and for the webhook.
General information is only stored for registered counting channels. This data includes the last number, highest score, last counter, and anything else that may be needed for the bot to work right.
3. Data Updating
Updating data will require the action of a user. The stored data may be updated when using commands, such as /count or /leaderboard, or by subscribing to Counting+.
4. Data Deletion
Data related to a counting channel (channel name, id, leaderboards, channel logs, channel settings, last counter, etc.) can be permanently deleted by removing the bot. If you would like to have other data removed, such as a counting profile, you may manually request this data to be deleted by emailing us at [email protected]. We may ask for verification of ownership of the requested data.
5. Third Parties
In order to provide certain features, we require the use of third party services. Third party services include Discord, and Stripe. While using these third party services, their privacy policy and terms of service apply.
Discord
Discord’s terms of service and privacy policy. Discord is used for the bot portion of InfiniCount. Some of Discord’s data is stored such as usernames, guild (server) ids, and user ids amongst others.
Stripe
Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. Stripe is used for payment processing. All payment data is stored and handled by Stripe, only the customer id is stored by us here at InfiniCount. The customer id is stored with the users' discord id and is only used for verifying if a user has paid for Counting+ and allowing the user to manage their subscription.
Portions of this Privacy Policy was inspired by the one seen in this counting bot. We are in no way affiliated with it.
